OUR PROMISE
The guarantee applies to work included in the customer's agreed cleaning scope. If an included area does not meet Pro Cleanout's professional cleaning standard, the customer must contact Pro Cleanout within 48 hours.
Pro Cleanout will return to address the affected area at no additional labour charge.
The guarantee does not cover unlimited additional cleaning, additional services not purchased, restoration of permanently stained or damaged surfaces, inaccessible areas, or cleaning outside the agreed scope.
